Best passion mojito I’ve ever had!! Great food and ambience!

On a lovely evening, I had the opportunity to dine in at the iconic CJs, Imaara Mall Branch. The entrance is very well lit & accessible for differently abled persons. A hostess quickly walked up to us & after exchanging pleasantries, she gave us a few seating options. There's a variety of sitting options ranging from plush sofas, curve chairs etc. We opted for the sofas for comfort. Valerie handled us very well. She was super kind & patient as well as we figured out what we wanted to have. I ordered chicken breasts & french fries which came with the iconic CJs salad. My partner ordered Carribean Drumsticks with a side of plantain. The service is top notch. We got our meals in less than 10 Minutes. I can't wait to be back here. It's Halal therefore, no alcoholic beverages nor pork dishes are sold. You can go to the Art Club for the same, after enjoying your hearty meal at CJs.

Great service, reasonable prices and good taste - this is what it’s all about when hanging out alone or in a group. The staff is sometimes a bit sloppy and forget or mix up things, but as long as they correct it and I’ve time, it’s all good. Nevertheless they deserve 5 stars because of their friendliness and ambience. The food is in generell well prepared and comes in good size, whatever you order you won’t get disappointed. Ample parking is available at the basement or rooftop for a fee. You can combined it with a shopping tour as well.

Very yummy food, pocket friendly and right portion!

I always get value for money here, the service is awesome. We were served by Brian and of course Marren! She's awesome and one of the waiters who's been serving me(here) since CJ's was opened in Imara Mall. Meaning she knows myall time favorite meal in CJ's (which they removed from the menu ). Luckily I can still get it here as it used to be . I tried explaining it to another waiter when I visited their branch in Koinage Str. But it wasn't the same . Thank you Marren Oh yeah and the new manager from Uganda(very attentive)

Located in a good area within access to nairobi and express way. Calm, clean restaurant. All staff are incredibly polite and accommodating. I was very please with sheiyo - she really looked after us in such a professional manner. The food was fresh, on time and hot! Everything was up to par with the quality that the restaurant sells itself to be. Will always go back to CJ's. The whole menu will not disappoint you.

Very pleasant and delightful experience. Professional Team who deliver with a smile, and are knowledgeable on the product. The Team ensure and looks after your comfort and are delighted to be of service. Children friendly and provide a table activity for their young guests. Beautiful ambience. Very tasty meals with A1 presentation.

Return customer to CJs as a brand. I already wrote a review of the franchise in town (check it on my profile). For the one in Imaara mall, the managers were keenly walking around and service was up to standard. The toilets were clean. Incident: From two out of the 3 breakfast orders, the chef forgot to add something. For my mum's order, 2 eggs were missing . At first, I thought why is one side of her plate so empty? While we were leaving, we figured it out and the waitress packed them up for her. On my order, the croissant had cheese and tomato missing the chicken. I knew this because that's the option I always go for. The manager and waitress addressed this immediately. My unsolicited advice: Keep one menu on the table until all orders have been brought. Since it's almost like a platter, confirm all items indicated are on your plate before starting to eat. Remain calm and let the waitress/waiter know immediately if something is not okay (they will come back to ask) If they seem unreasonable, escalate to manageroften hovering close by hopefully, it doesn't get to this)
